The ‘e’ surgery has been created to meet the ever growing demand to support colleagues across the UK who want to submit high quality funding submissions.

It is a quick and cost effective way to benefit from the skills and knowledge of PTP’s team of expert bid writers.

What is the ‘e’ surgery support service?

Using the order form opposite you submit your completed revenue funding* application form (Maximum value £25,000) to PTP’s panel of expert bid writers prior to final submission.

We scrutinise it and:

  • Check that you have met all the criteria
  • Ensure you have included ‘winning phrases’
  • Critically examine the budget/business plan
  • Annotate the application form where appropriate
  • Try to improve it!

We then email it back to you so that you can choose to adopt our suggestions or not – you then submit it to your chosen funder.

What does it cost?

There will be a ‘one off’ fee of £295+VAT per submission. This will be payable whether you submit the bid or not and regardless of outcome.

We can offer no guarantee that your bid will be successful however we will do our best to improve your bid. PTP is not the funding body.

What do I do now?

Using all the skills and knowledge acquired during our workshop/s:

  • Identify the project that needs funding
  • Seek out the appropriate funding stream
  • Write your submission
  • Submit your completed application form to us
  • Wait two weeks or less for our response
  • Submit your bid!

NB * the ‘e’ surgery service does not extend to capital build projects.

Acknowledgement/Payment

PTP Consultancy will acknowledge receipt of this booking form by return via email. An invoice will be sent to you once we have scrutinised and returned the bid attached to this booking form. You will be subject to a fee of £295 +VAT for each bid submitted to PTP Consultancy. It is your responsibility to ensure that PTP Consultancy receives payment on receipt of our invoice following our input.

You commit to paying the fee of £295+VAT whether you submit the attached bid and/or regardless of the outcome.

Cancellations

There will be no opportunity to cancel once your bid is submitted to PTP for scrutiny. You will therefore be subject to honouring the fee of £295+VAT for the work undertaken by our panel of expert bid writers as soon as we receive the attached bid

Confidentiality/ Data Protection

PTP Consultancy guarantees that the contents of your submitted bid is confidential and will not be shared with a third party. The personal information provided by you may be held on a database by PTP Consultancy.
