PTP has successfully coordinated and written a wide range of bid submissions that has unlocked over £20 million of additional funding to develop capital build projects on schools sites. Much of our work has focused on sports facilities but our bid writing services extended to all capital build projects on school sites.
Our bid writing service is led by Bob Jennings. When appropriate he is able to draw on the knowledge and skills of our team of specialist associates ensuring that each client receives a quality bid writing service. We have a proven track record. To-date PTP has been 100% successful in submitting bids to deliver capital projects across the UK.
Bob’s approach is one of close collaboration with the client. He believes that those who will eventually manage and operate the new facilities/build need to input into its development He therefore likes to liase with key people both within and external to the school. Experience has proven that a quality bid is one that “ represents the collective contribution of all stakeholder.
PTP offers a bespoke bid writing service but many schools opt for one of the following:
Advice and Guidance Package: We support, guide and help a nominated person within the school to coordinate and write the funding submission.
A complete bid writing service: to take full responsibility of coordinating, collating and writing, in collaboration with the client, the whole process to bid submission.
